His experience includes serving as a Circuit Court Judicial Assistant and as a prosecutor with the Superior Specialized Prosecutor's Office Against Organized Crime.
His professional work also includes leadership and participation in legal institutions and bar associations, together with national and international academic training in criminal law, criminal procedure, trial advocacy and transnational organized crime.
He also participates as a speaker at national and international conferences and has published legal commentary and research on criminal law, criminal procedure and electronic evidence.
